Late night magic
Once in a long while the late night dog walk turns into something magical. Tonight, came across two young foxes whose curiosity got the better of their caution. We stood, they sat, only a few metres apart. The dog didn't bark, aware perhaps that this was special. Eventually they got bored and strolled off.

Getting into the flow
Well you've got to start somewhere, and I suppose this is as good a place as any. Anyway it promises a bit of nature and wildlife in the blog title, so here is the corner of our garden pond which is one of my favourite spots for the calm contemplation of life's idiocies and ironies. What you can't see is the wildlife bit of the promise i.e. three goldfish and several frogs of different sizes and colours that add a bit of fauna to the flora.
Now that I've started the flow, in more ways than one, I suppose it's entirely up to me to keep going. So here goes.......
